The Beklyn Chardonnay comes from a single vineyard on Talc Hill in the Adelaide hills. A cool climate Chardonnay, it is a contemporary and expressive style of varietal.
Fermented on solids to produce crème brulee notes on the palate which combine with white peach fruit and roasted cashew, all enhanced by the use of French oak maturation for 6 months the wine finishes with balanced natural acidity.
Cellaring Potential
This wine will cellar for 5-7 years.
